Network Engineer
If you are a highly motivated, independent, self starting IT professional and a sharp trouble shooter with good people skills we would love to have you on our team. ITS Team, Inc. is a San Diego based outsourced IT consulting firm that supports businesses throughout San Diego, Orange, and Riverside County.
What you must have:
- 4+ years supporting MS Windows networks. Windows NT/2000/2003
- MCSE desired but not required
- Strong working knowledge of LAN/WAN technology
- Routing, TCP Ports, Firewalls
- Expertise with Active Directory
- Experience deploying and using Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, and Office in a business environment.
- The ability to walk into a brand new environment, ask the right questions, look in the right places, and
fix the problem.
Experience installing and maintaining:
-
Windows Terminal Servers (Citrix a plus)
- Microsoft Exchange
- Firewalls, and Switches (Cisco Routers a plus)
- making a straight-through and crossover network cable
- Wireless / WiFi Networking
- Certifications are a plus but not required however, experience and expertise is.
- This position will require your own vehicle with insurance, and up to 80% of your day can be spent in the field.
Travel, is required.

Outside Sales – IT Services

ITS Team, Inc. is looking for a motivated, independent, self starting, outside sales professional to join our team.
We support small business networks throughout San Diego Orange and Riverside County with on demand and scheduled maintenance customers. Our target customer is 5-50 user network that does not have an in-house IT staff. Our goal is to create a stable base of routine scheduled clients to accelerate our sales growth.
The ideal candidate must show a history of selling in a similar industry. You will be judged on your performance, so if your experience differs but you feel that you would excel in this environment please sell us on why you would be an excellent team member.
