Service Plans
Rather than waiting for a critical network component
to fail, we provide proactive solutions to our clients
with our Managed Service Plans. These plans encompass
regular maintenance, on call support, network planning,
documentation, and depending on your service level agreement,
remote monitoring of your network.
We provide a free no obligation consultation to discuss
which Managed Service Plan is the best fit for you budget
and needs. If one of our standard service plans is not
an excellent fit we will customize a plan that will
work for you.
Once you have chosen a Managed Service Level Agreement,
we will assign a Network Engineer from our staff to
manage your IT Services. Your dedicated Network Engineer
will make recurring scheduled onsite visits, document
your network, and get familiar with your specific software
and hardware and their role in your day-to-day business
operations.
If you currently have a full-time onsite IT professional
as many of our clients do, we can augment them and your
company by being an on demand or scheduled Professional
IT resource to help with special projects, or to keep
labor costs such as overtime in check. Our Network Engineers
have the advantage of working with many different clients
solving problems of all types under pressure. The experience
they get from facing trial-by-fire each day and working
with leading edge technologies gives them a tremendous
advantage in troubleshooting network issues that many
in house administrators may never have experienced or
have the time to resolve.
