ITS Team proudly recommends network servers from Compaq/Hewlett Packard, IBM, & Dell. In addition our SonicWall Certified Security Administrators proudly recommend SonicWall security appliances in addition to Cisco Pix, Netscreen, and CheckPoint security solutions.

Q: How much can I expect to pay for your services?

ITS Team services are very competitive. Our standard SLA, is the most economical of our services. Under our standard SLA, we perform, part-time, regularly-scheduled monthly preventative maintenance service on your LAN and or WAN.

We start most new clients with a comprehensive needs analysis to determine the state of your network. Based on this needs analysis when then recommend a SLA that best fits your needs which includes ongoing monthly maintenance of your LAN and/ or WAN infrastructure. If one of our standard service plans is not an excellent fit we will customize a plan that will work for you.

Q: How do you define a small to medium size business? Is my business too small? Is my business too large?

ITS Team focuses on businesses that have 5 to 200 computers per office or location.
